About the Building

Minimalist, simplistic yet powerful and unique is what the design of Missoni Baia exemplifies. Co-founder of Asymptote Architecture, Hani Rashid describes stepping into the building as “stepping into a sculpture”. This crystalline residential tower comprises 249 one-to-five bedroom residences, each designed to have direct bay or city views. 10-foot deep balconies facing the bay and 8-foot deep balconies facing the city allows each residence to have its own unique experience. Floor-to ceiling windows make each residence feel expansive and flow-through. 

When it comes to world-class amenities, Missoni Baia places itself on the fore-front having four floors dedicated to its residents’ leisure and comfort. A bayside residential lounge to welcome guests and have a quick chat can be found in the lobby level. On the 5th floor is the Resident game room, where residents can kick back and watch sports events together or have a drink while playing a game of pool. Set a beauty appointment in the hair and nail salon, which can also be found here. The 6th floor hosts both indoor and outdoor amenities such as the private dining and party room and cantilevered pool overlooking the bay, making this level perfect for celebrations or impromptu gatherings.

On the 7th level, residents can start or continue their fitness journeys in the 3,300 square foot gym or in the private yoga studio. Further into the level is the pool deck, containing unique features in a building of this size, like the Olympic-size pool, outdoor whirlpool spa, outdoor barbecue and cabana bar, and many more.

Edgewater has gradually become one of Miami’s most promising neighborhoods, being just a few minutes away from some of the popular sites in Miami’s Downtown & Entertainment district. Spend your days off experiencing art, culture and leisure in some amazing locales such as the Rubell Museum, the Wynwood Art District, and the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. Different dining choices at different price points also surround the neighborhood - from affordable chivitos at 1811 (an Uruguayan and Paraguayan food truck that parks nearby) to fine dining by the bay at the well-received Latin American restaurant Amara at Paraiso.
